Martin crowned

South Webster Junior High student, Baylee Martin, was crowned the 2014 Pure American Young Miss Ohio on Sunday March 23rd in Columbus, Ohio. After competing in modeling, personal introduction, and personal interview, she was selected for the title. She also received first place in modeling, second place in talent for her tap performance and third place for photogenic competition. Baylee is looking forward to fulfilling the Pure American Pageant purpose to “lead, inspire and achieve” by continuing to serve our community as a volunteer as well as being a role model for other girls. She will compete for the National Young Miss title in Cincinnati in July. Baylee is the daughter of Teresa Martin and Buck and Sarah Martin. She is the grand-daughter of Darrell and Connie Yeley and Buck Martin Sr and the late Nan Martin. Pure American Pageants is a Christian based pageant system for contestants ages 0-adult.
