Submitted Photo On Tuesday, December 8, 2015, Sheriff Marty V. Donini administered the oath of office to Deputy Steven M. Woodyard just prior to assuming his duties of Deputy Sheriff. Deputy Woodyard is a 2003 graduate from Fairland High School and also a 2014 graduate from Mountwest Community College where he obtained his Associates degree in Criminal Justice with “High Honors”. Deputy Woodyard graduated from the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy in September of 2012 and prior to his employment with the Scioto County Sheriff’s Office was previously employed by the Proctorville Police Department as a patrol officer.

Deputy Lewis is a 2002 graduate from Minford High School and graduated from the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy in September of 2015. Deputy Lewis was previously employed by the Piketon Police Department as a patrol officer.
