* Portsmouth First Church of the Nazarene, located at Third and Brown Streets, Sunday, December 27, 10 a.m. – Bible Discovery – There is a class for all ages from Nursery through Adult. Sunday, December 27, 11 a.m. – Worship Encounter – Pastor Art will be bringing the message. An interpreter for the deaf and hard of hearing is available at all services. The children will be dismissed during the offering to go have their Children’s Worship Encounter. Tuesday, December 29, 3 – 5 p.m. – LCM Food Pantry is open, followed by their ministry at Tracy Park. Wednesday, December 30, 6:30 p.m. – Prayer Encounter.

* The Evangelical United Church of Christ will hold services starting Sunday at 10am, as Rev. Tom Williams will deliver his message. 701 5th Street, Portsmouth, Ohio. 740-354-1420.

* Community of Christ 2237 Russell Avenue West Portsmouth will be led in the concluding service of the year of our Lord 2015 by Priest Wayne Allen as he develops the weekly World Church theme of “Develop Disciples to Serve.” Elder Kathy Deemer will bring forth the musical selections for the 10:30 AM Morning Worship Service on Sunday December 27. Jessica Lincecum and Rachael McGraw will lead the youth during Children’s Church also beginning at 10:30 AM. There will be no Wednesday eve activity at the branch on December 30.

* Plymouth Heights Church of the Nazarene, 25 Arnett Drive (behind Green High School) Franklin Furnace, Ohio will host a winter revival with The Lore Family beginning Sunday January 3, through Wednesday, January 6, 2016. Rev. Darrin Lore will be preaching and the Lore Family will be providing the special singing. Sunday services are at 10:30 AM and 6:00 PM. Evening services Monday through Wednesday begin at 7:00 PM. The Lore Family consists of Darren, Sandy and their two children, Fayth and Samuel. For over two decades, they have shared the responsibilities and joys of having a family ministry. Currently, Darren serves as the Senior Pastor of Seventh Street Christian Baptist Church, in Portsmouth, Ohio. Over the past several years, The Lore Family has ministered in hundreds of services. Although the churches and venues have been diverse, most have been very receptive to the message shared. The Lore Family sings a variety of music including; classic & current southern gospel favorites, as well as, originals written by Darren. Whether singing with tracks, live music, or a cappella, The Lore Family ministers to all ages. It doesn’t take long for others to be inspired by the passion and the anointing of this spirit-filled family. * Sandhill IPCC will be holding a New Years Eve service at 8 p.m. The church is located at 200 2nd Street Sandhill, Kentucky. Refreshmens will be served after the movie, once at the church there will be a prayer for the new year. For more information call 740-821-0766.
