The Scioto County Career Technical Center, Chapter of Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA), elects officers. HOSA is a student organization whose mission is to promote career opportunities in health care and to enhance the delivery of quality health care to all people.

Secondary health tech prep and dental assisting students are members of the local chapter. HOSA’s goal is to encourage all health occupations instructors and students to join and be actively involved in a unique program of leadership development, motivation, and recognition within the field of health care.

HOSA advisors are Renea Gregory, dental assisting instructor, and Carla Munn, health tech prep instructor.
