First Church of Christ to host guest speaker

Bob Hine of Raceland, Ky., will be the guest speaker for the 10:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. worship services Sunday, Oct. 21, at the First Church of Christ, 1224 Dogwood Ridge Road, Wheelersburg. Sunday school will begin at 9:30 a.m. Sunday.

Bob Hine is a 1998 graduate of Johnson Bible College with a Bachelor of Arts in Preaching Ministry and has completed some work for a master’s degree through the Louisville Bible College. Ministry is a second vocation for him, having been trained as a mechanic on farm equipment. He and his wife, Tricia, whom he married in 1984, grew up in central Indiana. They have two older children.

The Ladies Praise, Prayer, Bible Study will meet at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 23, in the church annex.
