On Saturday October 3, the 52nd annual Miss Portsmouth Scholarship Program was held in the Vern Riffe Center for the Arts on the campus of Shawnee State University.  In addition we also crowned our new Miss Portsmouth Outstanding Teen and Miss Scioto Valley Outstanding along with our fundraiser program also held in the afternoon of the same day, which resulted in our new Wee Miss, Tiny Miss, Little Miss, Junior Miss and Little Mr. Portsmouth and Scioto Valley titleholders
