2010 Minford All-Star Basketball Tournaments

The Minford Pee Wee Basketball League will be hosting its annual all-star tournaments. Dates are Feb. 22 through 28 for 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th grade girls; and March 8 through March 14th for 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th grade boys. This tournament is for school teams only and no travel teams permitted. Entry fee is $100 and is due by Feb. 14th for the girls tournaments, and Feb. 28th for the boys tournaments. Licensed officials will be provided. Lucasville Girls Biddy Basketball Tournament

The Lucasville Girls Biddy Basketball League will be holding its all-star tournaments for girls in 3rd-6th grade. Dates are Feb 15-21st for girls in 3rd and 4th grade and March 1-7 for girls in 5th and 6th grade. Entry fee is $75 if paid before tournament and $100 if paid at the time of the tournament. Greenup Baseball Fundraising Hoops tournament

The Greenup County High School Baseball Team will be hosting a 4th grade and under Boys’ Basketball Tournament February 8th through 14th at McKell Middle School. The entry fee is $75 per team, double elimination format. First and Second Place teams will receive individual trophies and awards will also be given for the cheerleading competition. Portsmouth Youth Basketball Tournament

Portsmouth basketball will sponsor a girls basketball tournament for grades three and four as well as for grades five and six from Feb. 8 through the 13th. A boys tournament including the same grade levels will be hosted from Feb. 15 to Feb. 20. Both will be in the old PHS gym. Wheelersburg Little League

The Wheelersburg Little League will have signups Wednesday Feb. 3 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in and again on Saturday Feb. 13 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.. Signups will be in the Wheelersburg Cafetorium. For more information contact Richard Roe at 352-4910.
